Do not attempt to enter false information in the form below. We contact all members prior to sending out their prizes to verify their information. If you enter false information, you will not receive your prize, you will not be refunded your Club BlastBurners™ Rewards Points, and you will be subject to a complete ban from participating in the program.
Terms and Conditions: If I do not receive my prize due to an incorrect shipping address or other delivery issue, I will not hold any member or administrator of this program responsible in any way, shape or form. I acknowledge that regardless of whether or not I receive my prize, Club BlastBurners™ shall not refund me the Reward Points I spent on the selected prize. I realize that certain security measures have been taken to ensure that the information I have provided in this form shall remain confidential and will not be freely given out to third-party advertisers. However, should a third-party person or advertiser manage to bypass our security measures and obtain this information, I will not hold the Pokémon BlastBurners™ Gaming Community liable. I understand that the terms and conditions of the Club BlastBurners™ Rewards Program may be changed at any time and for any reason, without my prior consent. If the terms and conditions are modified, I will receive an e-mail from the administration team within 48 hours of the modification, and I will have the opportunity to cancel my membership should I disagree with one or more of the new terms and conditions. If I do not cancel my membership, it will be automatically understood that I have accepted all of the changes and will abide by them. I also understand that the costs of the prizes in this program, as well as the costs of shipping the prizes in this program, are the sole responsibility of the owner of the Pokémon BlastBurners™ Gaming Community. As such, I do not need to pay any money at all, and if I am asked by any person to pay any amount of money, I should report the incident to a community administrator. |
